The Financial Inclusion Global Initiative (FIGI) Hackathon aims at developing innovative ICT applications to bridge the financial inclusion gap. The hackathon will take place on 21 and 22 January 2019 at the venue of the FIGI Symposium (Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Cairo), and is expected to run overnight.
Participants will have one-and-a-half days to complete their projects, however the hacking will start off site starting the 14th of January.

Eligibility

-Must apply as teams of 3-5 participants
-Only 15 teams will be accepted to participate
-Must include coders to develop the applications

Clearly tell hackers what they need to build for the hackathon and anything additional they should submit on Devpost.

    whether or not the submission is tackling the issue or its application in a new unconventional aspect

    the simplicity and the flow of using the solution, for the targeted user.

    the sustainability and scalability plan for the solution
